Why are our Bean Bags Shapeless and Dodgy??

To achieve a 'Fully Shaped' Bean Bag, it is quite understandable that you will need to fill it up rather full to achieve that shape. Thus, making it firm isn't it. I don't think it's actually possible to sink comfortably into a firm Bean Bag though. How is it going to mould to your body shape then?
