Bean Bag Mart Price Beat Guarantee

We’ll beat any price you find online, in-store, or in print by 20% of the difference.  You won’t get it for less anywhere else.
Here’s how it works. 
 
When you are about to make a purchase at Bean Bag Mart
1) Tell us which competitor is offering the lower price by providing us:
  • an original valid quotation of the beanbag (within 30 days)
  • a print out of the website, or advertisement of the beanbag which clearly states the date, price and other additional costs (including delivery charges, for example)
2) We may elect to verify the price and that the beanbag is in stock and available for immediate sale and delivery. 
3) We will beat the competitor’s price by 20% of the difference. 

Here are a few terms and conditions.
  • The Beanbag must be sold by an authorized dealer located in Singapore.
  • For online competitor price beats the beanbag must be located in Singapore. 
  • The Competitor’s Beanbag must be reasonably comparable in size, material and quality to our own Beanbag model(s). 
  • Where there is a substantial difference in size, material, features or quality, Bean Bag Mart reserves the right to decide on all questions relating to comparability and amount of discount applicable, and you shall agree to abide by such a decision. For example, where there is no equivalent Beanbag in our model range, we may choose to supply you with the equivalent Beanbag (same size, material and features) that is in question.
  • The Competitor’s Beanbag must be new and also be subject to a  manufacturer’s warranty applicable in Singapore and the Beanbag must be available for purchase in Singapore.   
  • Competitors’ prices must be in Singaporean dollars and will be adjusted for any fees, taxes or other charges such as handling fees and shipping. 
  • Our Price Beat Promise does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, and financing offers.

Price Beat Guarantee FAQ :
  • What if the competitor does not have the beanbag in stock or has limited quantities of the beanbag? 
Sometimes a retailer will advertise a beanbag as having limited quantities in stock. If the beanbag is out of stock or the competitor has advertised as limited quantities of the beanbag, it is not eligible for Price Beating. 


  • Does Bean Bag Mart price match "free gift with purchase" offers? 
No. Bean Bag Mart does not price match "free gift with purchase" orders. 



  • How do Shipping and other cost factors as Handling Fees impact my price? 
Shipping charges and other costs such as handling fees are included in determining the final price used for a Price Beat. For example, if a competitor’s price was $10 cheaper than ours, but charged $25 for delivery while we charged no fee, the competitor’s price will be higher and therefore not eligible for a Price Beat.
