Bean Bag Mart Warranty Policy
Period of Warranty
1. Bean Bag Mart warrants the product to be free from defective workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
What we will do:
2. Should the product be defective, Bean Bag Mart will repair the product at no charge to the owner. Such repair and replacement services shall be rendered by Bean Bag Mart during normal business hours at our factory. Parts used for replacement are charged at cost.
What you must do for the Warranty Service
3. All products must be brought in to our showroom. Please bring along your purchase invoice or receipt. For larger bean bags, a collection and delivery service can be arranged at nominal cost.
What is not covered in this Warranty
4. This warranty does not cover:
- Products which have been subjected to abuse, accident, alteration or modification, tampering, negligence, misuse, or lack of reasonable care;
- Damage due to act of God, or cosmetic damage;
- Refurbished, Displayed products, or Factory seconds.
5. Bean Bag Mart reserves the right to decide on all questions relating to complaints as a result of defective workmanship or material, and you shall agree to abide by such a decision.
Product - Refunds, Returns and Exchange Conditions
6. Should you be in any way dissatisfied with the product, you may
Return the product within seven (7) days from the date of purchase to get a refund minus 25% of the purchase price of the product on the invoice (being administrative charges) subject to clause (a) & (b):
(a) Goods returned are in good condition and are not damaged in any way, be it cosmetic or otherwise.
(b) Good faith has been shown and there is reasonable cause for the return.
Bean Bag Mart reserves the right to refund all or part of the moneys relating to the purchased product depending on its judgment of the condition of the product returned.
7. You can exchange the product for another product design within 7 days from the date of purchase subject to clause (a) & (b):
(a) Goods for exchange are in good condition and are not damaged in any way, be it cosmetic or otherwise.
(b) Good faith has been shown and there is reasonable cause for the exchange.
8. Bean Bag Mart shall not be liable for the loss of use of the product, inconvenience, loss or any other damage, whether direct, incidental or consequential resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of fitness for a particular purpose.
